Passed away peacefully at Ontario Finnish Resthome surrounded by his family on Sunday January 14, 2018 Eero Paloniemi in his 87th year. Loving husband to Ester for 62 years. Proud father of Juhani and Jorma (Lorraine). Grandfather of Mila and Elias. Friends and family in Finland and Canada. The rock of our family and a man of conviction he lived as a farmer, woodsman and electrician. Eero was devout, committed and honorable. At Eero’s request no services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Ontario Finnish Rest home Association who nurses and staff provided kindness and care.
