At the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday January 22 nd , 2020, peacefully with her family at her side. Born in Arcola Saskatchewan on July 19, 1936. Beloved wife of the late Frank L. Guzzo. Loving mother of Frank J. Guzzo of Markham, Pamela Gignac of Chelmsford, Barry (Roxann) of S. S. Marie, Chris (Shirley) of Toronto, and Raymond (Diana) of S. S. Marie. Grandmother to Gina, Brandy (Troy), Sarah (Clay), Christine, Brian, Jeremy, Jesse (Brianna), Marayna, and Julia. Great grandmother to Carter, Logan, Lennon, and Payton. Beloved daughter of the late John and Lucille Marsh (nee Tester). Dear sister of the late Dale (Miriam) Marsh, the late Janet Marsh, and David (Lois) Marsh of S. S. Marie. Sister in law to the late Ross Guzzo, late Parmie Guzzo, late Eugenio Guzzo, and late Anne (Tony) Vetero. Loving Aunt to so many nieces and nephews. Mom loved; tradition and values, exploring and learning, reading and writing, heritage and art, gardens and flowers, and especially; all those who touched her life in so many ways … as she did to others. At the request of Gaye, a private service and celebration of life was held with immediate family at East Korah Maxwell United Church on Saturday, January 25, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bellevue Park Greenhouse. Special thank you to all of Gaye’s doctors and health care providers.
