SCHEEPMAKER, Maria (Ria)   Peacefully in her sleep at Extendicare Maple View on Sunday June 14, 2020 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Johannes (Jo) Scheepmaker .  Loving mother of John (Fran), Hennie (Bob) Doucet, Fred (Brenda), Tina Scheepmaker, Rudi (Dori-Lynn) and Robert (Linda). Oma of Shari, Richard, Tina, Danny, Allyson, Dean, Eric, Melanie, Amanda and Stacey. Great Oma of many. Predeceased by her parents Adriaan and Hendrika Waijers and her sisters Hetty Watts, Nini DeKuijer and Annie Gaarkeuken. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. As per Maria’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be a private family Celebration of Life. Memorial donations in Ria’s name may be made to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society.
